Since Friday, March 3, 2023, ICIG has become the new shareholder of ALKALINE and MSSA.
NIPPON SODA, shareholder since 2011, gave up its place to the German group ICIG (International Chemical Investors) after having supported us in our developments.
Created in 2004, ICIG is a private group of autonomous industrial companies, focused on chemistry and pharmaceuticals. Today, this is more than 28 production sites in Europe and the United States and a turnover of about 4 billion euros in 2022.
This new ownership with ICIG will allow MSSA to develop industrial and commercial synergies, particularly in the chlorine and alkali metal – sodium and lithium sectors, and to consolidate its position as leader.
