The quality of our products and our services have always been part of our tradition.
In the sixties, the supply of nuclear quality sodium led us to the application of high quality procedures for all of our production.
In the middle of the eighties, the factory perfected and patented a high purity lithium manufacturing procedure for batteries.
In the beginning of the nineties, we supplied sodium for the fast breeder reactor MONJU in Japan. This is why we applied rigorous quality control to every step of our production.
ISO 9002 Certification obtained in 1993 and ISO 9001 in 1996 demonstrated our commitment to dedicate all the company to service for customers and continuous progress.
A sodium purification process implemented in 2004 in Pomblière plant allows industrial scale production of SoPure grade sodium.
MSSA Métaux Spéciaux is the only manufacturer of very high purity sodium.
